EFUS Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Element Decor purchase!
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Customers must contact Element Decor at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30-days from the date of purchase.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition. Credit will not be issued for any opened or used merchandise. Any items that are past 30-days from the date of purchase are considered closed, and a return cannot be authorized.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. All items will be inspected by our warehouse personnel to ensure they are unused and unopened before the return/refund is approved.EFUS Refund Policy
Once your item is returned with a RA# in its original unopened package, carton, or container within 30 days from receipt, you will receive a full refund of your original purchase price less any related shipping fees.
Element Decor processes refunds after receiving the return and completing a final inspection. One of our customer service team members will be in touch with you either by phone or email with the details of your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as what was used to make your purchase.
Refunds will typically take 2-3 weeks to show up on your original form of payment once processed.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the item has been opened or shows signs of soil, damage, or wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or additional charges.How to Return an Item

Element Decor does not accept returns for the following products under any circumstances:
- Items that have been unboxed, installed, soiled, damaged, or used.
- Installation or unboxing of the item is considered full acceptance of the product/s in the condition it was received.
- Molding & Trim Items
- Discounted items and special offerings
- Other selected items as noted on the product description page as non-returnable
- Special order or custom-made merchandise
- Closeout or discounted merchandise sold as clearance items
- Open box or special buys
- Items past 30-days from the date of purchase
